Advertising, Tom is awesome to collaborate with.  He likes to vertically integrate his assistants, stylists and Photoshop technicians throughout the project.  Tom keeps everyone well informed and on task.  Bringing the post-production people into the process early an including them on the set makes for an incredibly smooth process from start to finish.  Tom's own color management and Photoshop skills are key to the [re-production planning as he takes on each new assignment.
